San Antonio + Surrounding
Demolition Contractor — San Antonio
Houses up to two stories, sheds, garages, slabs, driveways, pools, and selective demo for renovations. Permits handled, debris hauled, lot left ready for the next phase.
What Is Demolition?
Site Work Solutions handles small-scale residential and light commercial demolition across San Antonio — sheds and decks through houses up to two stories, plus the slabs, driveways, pools, and partial-demo work that comes with renovations. Permits pulled, debris hauled, and the lot turned over clean so the next phase can start on time.
Demolition splits into two broad categories. Structural demotakes the whole building down — single-family homes, detached garages, barns, sheds, mobile homes, and small commercial structures. We work up to roughly two stories with our standard equipment; larger commercial high-rise demo isn't our lane and we'll tell you that straight rather than over-promise. Selective demo takes out a specific portion — a kitchen down to studs, an interior wall, a back addition coming off for a remodel — without disturbing what's staying.
On the flatwork side we do slab removal, driveway demolition, sidewalk and patio demo, and swimming pool demolition. Pool demo can be full removal (every piece of shell out, hole backfilled and compacted) or partial (top portion broken in, holes punched in the bottom for drainage, then backfilled and compacted). We do both — full is more expensive but leaves a buildable lot, partial is cheaper and works fine for landscape conversion.
Every demo job starts with the same checklist before equipment touches the structure: permit pulled, utilities disconnected and verified, asbestos survey complete (for pre-1985 structures), salvage walk done, and disposal plan written. Skipping any of those creates expensive problems later — fines, stop-work orders, environmental cleanup. We don't skip them.

Our Process
Walk + Scope
On-site walk to confirm structure, check for asbestos vintage, identify utilities, and plan haul-off route.
Permits & Disconnects
Pull demo permit, coordinate utility disconnects with CPS Energy and SAWS, and confirm asbestos clearance.
Salvage Pull
Pull anything you flagged for salvage — fixtures, appliances, lumber, hardware — before heavy equipment shows up.
Demolition
Bring the structure down in controlled sequence, separate recyclables (concrete, metal), and load to hauler.
Backfill & Clean
